I'm Alright, I'm Ok. I kinda like doin' things this way
So I picked up the new John Reuben CD, and I'm pretty sure I was the first one in Bismarck to have the CD. Why do you ask? Because at 11:00 Tuesday morning, I went down to the Rainbow Shop and looked on their selves for the CD, they didn't have it... on their shelves. There was an empty spot on the "New Releases" section. So I asked the lady working there, if they had it, and she went and checked on the shelves, and she didn't see it, then she went to check in back, and there they were. So I bought it and went on my merry way to listen to it. I enjoy this CD a lot. First time through, I'm like, "Where are the beats, man!?" And then I realized how powerful the lyrics were. Don't get me wrong, I mean the CD pumps the bass. John Reuben has an actual band now, so there's a lot of guitar, bass guitar, and drum driven songs. If I were you, I would pick this baby up. The only disappointment with this CD, is the last song, and how it ends. It seems like it ends short. Leaves you wanting more of the song. It ends after the final verse, so it seems like it randomly stops. Usually songs loop through the chorus, one last time, and then ends, but this song just ends with the verse. It's a nice soft song, that you just get sucked into.
Anywho, that's my opinion of the CD. You should buy it. "Boy Vs. the Cynic" is the name of it.

Poised
So today is a beautiful day. I also get paid today, so that's good. I just checking account stuff that tells my balance and stuff, and I thought I was short and then I realized, "Wait. I have to pay for the checks." So then I subtracted that from my check book and then I'm like "I'm missing a cent!" and so I busted out a calculator and realized that I can't subtract correctly. I really need to rip some of my CDs onto my computer harddrive. I haven't done that yet so I've been listening to Good Charlotte because that's the only CD I've ripped onto my computer. Speaking of CDs, I can't wait until the John Reuben CD, "The Boy Vs. The Cynic" comes out.
I also can't wait until Thousand Foot Krutch's new album comes out. It's called "The Art of Breaking" It's coming out July something. I forget, because TFK doesn't update enough. Anyways, it's coming. Let's see... what else. I have myself a paintball gun now. I don't have a CO2 tank for it yet, but Charles is gonna sell me one once he gets back. I think that's everything.
Well I guess there is a rant for you. I hate forums, because Admins and Moderators don't do there job, which is enforce the rules. Thousand Foot Krutch's forum, just sucks because people don't talk about TFK at all. Blizzard's forums also suck, because people just argue with each other, about the stupidest things. It's just 50 pages of crap with two groups arguing. I'll give you an example: on the forum, someone posted, "I think the Starcraft should be ported to the DS." I thought this was a good idea, and so did other people, but these two people, they are like "The DS would suck because Starcraft sucked on the N64." and that was basically those people's argument, and some of the people that thought it would be good for the DS, were arguing and they just kept repeating themselve for 50 pages. I quit reading at page 10. Now in the rules, it says you should consider other's opinions, and if you shouldn't start Flame Wars. yeah it turned into a flame war. Well that was my complaint, but I must say that it doesn't really effect me because I don't post on forums and rarely read them.
I'm gonna go before I get busted by the Complaint Police.

Let's Color the DVD Case
So today I finally found the Brak Show DVD. Took me awhile, but i found it at Suncoast. I checked there once and they didn't have it and then when I checked tonight, they had it. Who woulda thunk. It's cool. The extras include Brak Presents The Brak Show Starring Brak, cartoon planet, and Adult Swim News. Also you can color the box if you want. It's numbered, and there's colors that are numbered, which tells you what needs to be what color. Today I got my first sunburn of the summer. I went Frolfing, and didn't even play the whole course of Hillside, and I got sunburned. Then we went to DQ and had some Blizzards. When I got home tonight, I saw a bird on the ground, a baby bird, outside my door to my house. We have a nest that is inhabited by birds, above the door, and previously I saw a baby bird without feathers, dead on the ground. Well anyways, back to the story: I thought this bird was dead, but as I took a closer gander, it twas breathing, and then it looked at me and opened its mouth. So I got it back to the nest and it was really crouded, for it was a small nest and there were four baby birds in there. I felt bad. At least this bird survived. Hopefully it didn't break anything. I couldn't tell. That's my little story. Yesterday I just lounged around all day, laying on my bed and watching TV. I had no initiative to do anything. When I tried to do something, I just didn't feel like it. So I just curled up on my bed and watched TV, which just made me tired, but I didn't fall asleep. Anything else to update on? No not really. So I'm gonna go to bed cause I'm kinda tired. Good night you people out somewhere in the world.

Can't complain
I decided that I complain too much on this blog. So instead of complaining, I will try this. I finaly get to listen to the whole song of Nuisance by John Reuben! YAY! I love that song too much. Any ways, some albums I'm excited for. John Reuben's album "The Boy vs The Cynic" will be out 6-21-05. I'm excited for dat, obviously. Another album would be Thousand Foot Krutch's album "The Art of Breaking" will be out July 19th of this year. Their site went down a couple days ago. I figured that's not good. So I'm kinda sad that I can't get updates from their site... although they hadn't updated since february... yeah that's awhile ago. Another album I'm looking forward for is The Juliana Theory's album... that I don't know the title of or when it is coming out. I'm excited though, along with a few other people that I know. Today started out sunny. Now it's cloudy. Wind is blowing. Yep. Am I stalling? Or is it just me? I don't know. What do you think? Shall we find out? I dunno. Well, I think I'm gonna let you go onto the next blog. Bye bye.

Microsoft; I really hate you
If Microsoft were a person, I'd kick him several times in the face and then punch him for good measures. I mean, I had to freaking format my hard drive completely, and couldn't back up any files, because I couldn't even get into Windows. I kept getting the Blue Screen of Death, that talks about dumping physical memory, and I have to hold down my power button to shut down, and that's not good for my computer, so after having to do that 1 million times, it wouldn't let me enter Windows. It just kinda showed a black screen after the "Loading Windows XP PRo." So I format, reinstall windows, except this time I have service pack 2, and I thought that would fix everything, and I wouldn't see the freaking Blue Screen of death ever again. Well it's the second day of having Windows, and I've only installed my essentials, and I get it, and now my programs are closing and I'm getting "Send error report" which does didly squat, and I'm just really getting mad at Microsoft for not developing a freaking operating system that works! Now in defense for Microsoft, and the only defense I may add, is that they have a nice, user friendly operating system. And that's the only reason I have it. And the fact that most game developers don't support Linux, or else I would have Linux, right now. So now you know why I freaking hate sibby... I mean Microsoft. And now, leave me to my staring at my computer, hoping it won't crash.

Tiring Day
Today was a tiring day. Heck, this week has been tiring. And it's not over! Tomorrow I start my first actual day of work. Yeah, I got a job. So let me tell you a long story. So, my mom tells me that Miracle Mart will hire me. I didn't really wanna work for Miracle Mart. Then she said that I wouldn't have to go through an interveiw and fill out an application, and that she would be training me. Also she said I would only have to work on Fridays and Saturdays, for ten hours. Now I thought that through, and I'm like, "Well, no interview, mom training me (she's a good worker, and a lot of people are slackers there), and only have to work two days a week. Sure it's ten hours a day, but that just means more money." So I said yes. Well last Monday, three days ago, I'm told that My orientaion is on Wed. I'm like "Ok, that's good.". Now a little side, that has to do with the long story. In Spanish, we have to cook something Spanish, and bring it for the class to eat. Well no one wants to do it, but hey, we have to. So I partnered up with the only friend I have in that class, and we decided to do a Fajita Pizza. It's fairly easy to make. Well we set a time to make it, and that is on Thursday. I found this out on Monday. Ok, now back to Miracle Mart. I hurry home on Wed, because orientation starts at 4. Well I have to stop at home real quick like, and As I'm running up the stairs, my brother yells at me and says, "Your orientation is tomorrow, not today." I stopped running. I go down, and say "WHAT!?". And so I'm kinda bumbed out, because I'm making that Pizza tomorrow (Thursday, or today.). Well I'm like, It'll work out fine. Well lets fast forward to today. I get to Spanish class and tell my friend that we will have to do it after my orientation, and that was fine. Ok after school, I hurry, and go home and run up the stairs, get what I need, leave and go to Miracle Mart. Iget there, go the conference room, fill out forms, get a tour, watch videos (about Nash Finch and dancing baked chicken, with eggs as heads) and what not. Then I get home. My dad isn't home yet., It's 6:00. I wait for him. At seven he gets home. We eat. We go to Miracle Mart (to pick up items for the Pizza) we have the hardest time finding Pizza dough, because the people that work there don't listen to the Videos and are suppose to walk us to where they are. They didn't. Slackers. One guy pointed and said "It's over there, in the delly." Well it wasn't even close to the delly. In fact, we never found it. So I get home, call my friend up to come over and help make it, my mommy calls, while he's on his way. My mommy was out of town, and was calling from Mandan, say she would be home soon. I told her to pick me up some Pizza dough, since she's a good worker. So my friend and I are waiting and she gets home, and she comes home with a sac that said Dan's Supermarket. She knew that Miracle Mart didn't have dough. So we make this bugger, and then when we get done, my friend leaves, and my mom wants me to go get new shoes. So I do that. It's about 9:30. I get home and I realize, just how long I haven't sat down. Now it is 10:10. That is my story, of the messed up Thursday. I would have been more organized if people could make up their mind, when i work. So tomorrow I start my training. Good night.

Maybe Everytime
So I've decided that I would make a coherent post. It's kinda warmish in my room. I have the fan going, but it is still warmish. Maybe it's humidish, instead of warmish. Maybe it's both, warmish and humidish. Ok so this post won't be completely coherent. So I've decided that my favorite band is... three bands, because I can't decided. They are: Relient K, John Reuben, and Toby Mac. And guess what John Reuben, and Matt Thiessen of Relient K did? They made a song together, and it became my favorite song, very quickly, and I have only listened to 1 minute and 44 seconds of it. I would recomend that you go to John Reuben's site, and download that sample and listen to it. If you can't remember his site, it is this. The song is called Nuissance. I love it so much, as you can tell. I heart nice weather. I think that best day of this year, was last Wednesday, because it was soooooo, nice out. We didn't really do anything in school, and for Englsih we just kinda went outside, that day. This week has just been a sweet week. I dunno if it is the weather or what. School almost out, which is good. I need a job, which is bad. I think I'll wonder down to Target and apply, since they are hiring. Well that is all, because me hungry... yeah you heard me. What? You don't understand? What are you talking about?! Ok... not coherent anymore. In short, bye.

Mr. Microsoft, why is it that you persist?
So pretty much Micrsoft is just making me mad. Messenger is hating me, meaning it won't let me log onto my account. I have reinstalled Messenger so many times, and on other computers, it doesn't go as well, either. For some odd reason, I open this one folder, and windows will crash, for no apperent reason, really. When i say crash, everything will just kinda go away and then it'll come back and some of my icons in my taskbar will be gone. Kinda sucks. When i play Starcraft or diablo II for long periods of time (2 hours about) i get the blue screen of death, and so that tells me that i need to get Service Pack 2. Which means i need to format my hard drive... if you recall i had to do that a couple months ago. sigh. It's not that I hate Microsoft, it's just that I don't like them... meaning that I like their operating system, it's just that they suck at making it. You dig? If there were lots of hacks to play games with Linux, and I could install it, I would. Well I'm done complaining about Microsoft and how Bill Gates is not sane... wait I didn't get into that, but on a previous post I did. I'm out.

Square root of 144
So today was a nice day. I mean, I rode my bike to places, frolfed, did stuffs outside. It was a great day. Just back from watching the movie "Road to Perdition". Tom Hanks is an awsome actor. I mean you can't hate him. He's just so lovable. Anyways. I played some Diable 2, yesterday. Played it all day, with a friend and got to act III. I quit once we got there, mainly because I didn't feel like playing Act III. So I go to my single player characters, and guess what? They were all at Act III, excpt for one, which had completed the game. So I didn't play D2, after that. Instead, I played Mario 3 and beat it in 45 minutes. I am going to go do that now, I think... except not Mario 3 and not 45 minutes. Probably just Mario 1. Bye peeps.
