Guess what Bismarckians part 2

Well we just got power back... northern bismarck. South Bismarck had power all along. Yeah about 5 minutes after that last post The storm hit. Man it was windy and rainy and pea sized haily. But we were without electricity for an hour. Maybe... Maybe teh power outage was caused by a tornado wiping out poower lines on Century ave. I'm serious, the power lines were wiped out by something.
